Raised Women – Service Terms

These Service Terms outline the conditions under which Raised Women offers paid and unpaid services, including huddles, events, online sessions, digital and physical products, blog features, newsletters, and future offerings. By registering, purchasing, or participating in any service provided by Raised Women, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview of Services

Raised Women currently offers:

  • Huddles (including Rendezvous): Paid or free online group sessions.

  • Social Events: Free or paid in-person gatherings.

  • Blog Features: Stories or highlights aligned with our values.

  • Digital & Physical Products: Via our online store.

Future offerings may be added and will be covered under updated terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe). Raised Women does not store your payment details.​

3. Huddles – Booking, Cancellations & Participation

​Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be made in advance due to limited capacity.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours prior without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • For compassionate exceptions, please email: raisedwomeninfo@gmail.com.

  • Full refunds are issued if a session is cancelled by Raised Women or not delivered with reasonable care, in line with Australian Consumer Law. We do not refund for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.

  • A follow up email is sent post huddles. Please advise if you do not want to recieve this. 

Participation Guidelines

  • You may join with your camera on or off and engage at your comfort level.

  • We encourage a posture of kindness, presence, and openness.

  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Group Etiquette & Faith Context

  • Respect, encouragement, and confidentiality are expected in all huddles.

  • Stories shared in huddles must remain private.

  • Faith Huddles are discussion-based, Christian-led spaces — not replacements for church, counselling, or therapy.

  • Raised Women Huddles are reflective, not prescriptive. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

4. Community Values in Services

All services are underpinned by Raised Women’s values:

  • Community: Building a community of women united by vision, purpose, and mission.

  • Support: Walking alongside others in both strength and struggle so no one journeys alone.

  • Pursuit: The intentional pursuit of growth, purpose, and calling.

  • Connection: Creating spaces for authentic relationships that inspire growth and belonging.

5. Products – Digital & Physical

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds.

Physical Products:

  • Refunds or replacements are available for damaged or incorrect items. Notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • No refunds are offered for change of mind.

6. Behaviour & Safety Expectations

All participants agree to:

  • Show respect to facilitators and other attendees.

  • Not share session links or content without written permission.

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive environment free of harassment or harmful behaviour.

Raised Women reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, with no refund.

7. Rendezvous Social Events Disclaimer

By attending a Rendezvous event (free or paid), you agree:

  • Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Raised Women and its representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or personal incident during or after the event.

  • You are responsible for your own health, safety, dietary needs, transport, and belongings.

  • Photos or short videos may be captured and used for promotional purposes. You will not be tagged without permission. To opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

8.  Commuity

Raised Women services are designed for women.
By booking, purchasing, or attending, you confirm you meet this requirement.

9. International Participation

If you access our services from outside Australia, you agree that:

  • These terms are governed by Western Australian law

  • You are responsible for any timezone differences or access limitations

​

10. Media Use – Sessions & Events

We may occasionally take screenshots or short clips during huddles or events:

  • These are used to share insights or promote the community.

  • You will not be tagged or named publicly.

  • If you prefer not to appear in shared content, please notify us before or during the sessions

​

11. Service Updates & Changes

We may update our services, pricing, or terms at any time.
Existing bookings will be honoured under the terms current at time of purchase.

​
