Welcome to Raised Women. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, podcast, newsletter, events calendar, blogs, community spaces, and social media platforms. By accessing or participating in Raised Women, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Who We Are

Raised Women is a sole trader business operated by Natasha Brownfield based in Western Australia. Raised Women is registered under an Australian Business Number (ABN). We are a values-driven community currently created for women who are seeking faith-led experiences, resources, and community. While you do not need to be a Christian to participate, our foundation is rooted in Christian faith (please see the about section for more information). Respect for this is essential.

 

2. Community Conduct

You agree to:

• Engage with respect and kindness in all interactions (online or in person)

• Honour others' stories and experiences

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour

• Avoid self-promotion or solicitation unless invited

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our platforms or events who violate these principles.

3. Use of Content

All content shared through the Raised Women website, podcast, blog, and social media (including images, videos, written content, and designs) is protected by copyright law. You may not reuse or republish content without permission.

4. Newsletter and Promotions

When signing up for our Mailchimp newsletter, you agree to receive regular updates from Raised Women. Your details are stored securely and will not be sold by us. Our newsletter may occasionally include business promotions or partner highlights as part of future offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email.

5. Events Calendar

The events calendar displayed on our website is for informational purposes only. Event details (including time, location, cost, or availability) may change without notice. Always confirm details before attending any event.

6. Photography and Media

By participating in Raised Women social events or paid sessions, you consent to being in photos or video content used for community and promotional purposes. We will never tag you publicly without consent. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser before hand. This applies across all our platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

7. Accessibility and Global Participation

While Raised Women is based in Western Australia, some services (like online huddles or online sessions) may be accessed internationally. By joining from outside Australia, you accept that Western Australian law governs our services and that you are responsible for complying with local laws.​

Raised Women is created for women. By engaging with our services or events, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

8. Changes to Terms

Raised Support – Organisational & Administrative Services

1. Service Description
Raised Support provides organisational and administrative assistance to women seeking to stay aligned, organised, and on top of their personal, professional, and seasonal commitments (“Services”). Services may include, but are not limited to, calendar management, task coordination, project tracking, document support, and other administrative tasks requested by the client.

2. Scope of Services
Clients acknowledge that Raised Support services are intended to provide guidance, organisation, and administrative support only. While we aim to enhance productivity and alignment, Raised Support does not provide professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialised advisory services.

​

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner to enable Raised Support to deliver Services effectively. Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information provided and for decisions made based on the Services.

 

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and communications shared with Raised Support are treated as confidential. Information will only be used for the purpose of delivering Services and will not be shared with third parties without client consent, except where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Service Limitations
While Raised Support strives to provide accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, timelines, or results. Raised Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of Services.

6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate Services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date will be payable by the client.
