This Store Policy outlines the terms for purchases made through the Raised Women online store, including digital and physical products. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following conditions in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Product Types

We currently offer:

  • Digital Products: e.g., downloads for prints, audio content

  • Physical Products: e.g., print resources, merchandise, tools

Future offerings may include bundles, limited editions, or event-related materials.

2. Payment & Checkout

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is required in full at time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorised third-party processors.

  • Raised Women does not store any credit card information.

3. Digital Products Policy

  • All digital product sales are final.
    Due to the nature of instant delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on a digital item the purchase is final.

  • If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us at raisedwomeninfo@gmail.com within 7 business days of purchase for support.

4. Physical Products Policy

We take care to ensure every item is packaged and posted safely. However, if something goes wrong:

Refunds or Replacements Available For:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items shipped

To be eligible, please:

  • Email raisedwomeninfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item

  • Include your name and order number

No Refunds or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour/size preferences if the item matches the product description

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We primarily use Australia Post. All parcels are tracked, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. We manually email this to you.

  • We ship within Western Australia, across Australia, and internationally

  • Orders are dispatched within 4 business days

Estimated Delivery Times (may vary depending on supplier)

  •  WA: 2–5 business days

  •  Interstate (Australia): 3–7 business days

  •  International: 6–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Raised Women is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once an item has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and estimated weight.

If the final weight or size of your parcel significantly differs from the estimated weight, we may contact you with an updated shipping cost. You will have the option to proceed with the new cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing, you confirm:

  • Your shipping information is accurate

  • You have the necessary technology to access digital downloads (e.g., PDF reader, internet access)

7. Australian Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product you purchase is defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, even beyond our general store policies.
